Sparring gear is mandatory for all students participating in sparring activities. While we provide a controlled and safe environment, sparring gear must be worn at all time as extra precaution to avoid accidental injuries. Here is a list of mandatory equipment:
- Head gear
- Foot gear
- Hand gear
- Mouth guard
- Groin cup (for men)
Most of these items can be bought on the internet or super store like Walmart. While we do not recommend any particular brands Macho Warrior or Macho Dyna are known to last longer.
