Black Belt Leaders & Champions condition themselves daily for modern day battle in the real world. The best know they must always get better, which is why they train for gain everyday in every way. It would do you no good to have tremendous physical strength and be weak mentally or emotionally, which is why you should train for gain everyday mentally, physically and emotionally.
How do you train mentally? You must read, listen and watch inspirational and educational information that will benefit you and the goals you have set for yourself. Your mind is like a huge computer, what goes in…determines what comes out. You can choose to fill it with garbage, or, you can choose to fill it with positive and useful information.
Can you train physically everyday? Yes you can and you should. Daily exercise has many benefits. It is proven to give you increased energy levels and many long term health benefits, even if it’s a brisk walk or some simple calisthenics and stretching. Do something physical for yourself every day. I suggest doing martial arts each morning or evening depending on your schedule.
Does this really improve your spirit? Absolutely! When you take positive actions for improving your mind and body, it jump starts your endorphins. They act as a natural mood enhancer. You will see an increase in your energy level, your mood and emotional spirit will be more positive and you’ll be more productive.
Let’s face it: the real world outside the dojang can be a lot tougher than what we experience inside the dojang. As a Black Belt Leader & Champion, you are a modern day warrior, preparing to do battle with the challenges that life brings your way each and every day. The stronger you become, mentally, physically and emotionally, the greater chances you have of winning in the game of life. That is why you train everyday.
